Was disappointed with windshield replacement service and
General Manager, Gene Shenkman. I received no information regarding steps needed to get the windshield replaced nor how to protect the windshield for

I received no information regarding steps needed to get the windshield replaced nor how to protect the windshield for the post install 48 period without initiating multiple calls to the dealership. This information should have been provided to me before work was initiated. Gene Shenkman sent me an automated text following installation stating I may receive a survey and if I had any issues to text him back prior to filling out the survey. I immediately texted him the above opinion and received no response.
