Went to pick up a truck from Service on a Friday, spotted a truck in the lot. Called the next day. Eddie provided exceptional customer experience, did a deal over the phone, collected that truck Saturday, th a truck in the lot. Called the next day. Eddie & Keith worked hard to get me the best deals possible. This is my first experience buying from Shottenkirk but have used the service center in the past.
