I had a wonderful experience at Palmer car dealership. I worked with Steve and he was very patient with me throughout the process as I tried to figure out what car was best for me. He never pushed me to mak worked with Steve and he was very patient with me throughout the process as I tried to figure out what car was best for me. He never pushed me to make a decision and let me decide at my own pace. You can tell he cares about the customer and wants them to make the best decision that will make them happy. Its not even close to a best practice with your competitors. The young lady (did not get her name) working outside was awesome. You need more people like her. More
