Incredibly good service and communication by Salesman, who is exceptional. Also tech advisor has great knowledge of features and inter connectivity of vehicle. Steve was the most honest straight forward car salesperson I’ve ever met. No one hates going to shop for cars more than I do and to meet an honest car salesman is like spotting a pink striped elep salesperson I’ve ever met. No one hates going to shop for cars more than I do and to meet an honest car salesman is like spotting a pink striped elephant. Thank you Steve for showing me what Lexus really is. Always thought of it as Toyota’s answer to Buick but now I guess we’re a Lexus family. Can’t wait for my wife’s Volvo lease to come due. Two Lexus vehicles will make us look like the December to remember commercial. My LC is such a spectacular vehicle and oh my gosh, the music it makes when I hit it. These were my markups on a preowned GX460 As others reported and as you will see this dealer makes huge markups on their final paperwork with xx . These were my markups on a preowned GX460 $995 - Ecogloss $1198 -Pre delivery service charge $1500 -Advantage Package, Non Tax Fee $400. This took what look like a fair deal and marked up the vehicle price $4000!! I shopped around immediately and quickly learned this is not standard practice at all Lexus dealerships. Read the many reviews of others having the same experience and hopefully this helps someone else find their Lexus elsewhere at a fair price. More
