(We were first time car buyers and have a baby coming in 4 weeks!)he was straight forward and open and honest about everything from the start. We came in with a price range and he made sure to work in that range and stay in it! Definitely ask for him if you are looking to purchase a vehicle I promise you will not be disappointed! Exceeded My Expectations! I would highly recommend that if you are looking to buy a new vehicle that you ask for Kim Hodges!! We bought a Rogue 6 months ago from her and just last week we came back and bought a Titan. Kim has been very knowledgeable and “helped us buy” not “selling” us on something that would benefit her pocketbook. She put our needs first! Jack and Steve were great also!! More

An oasis in a desert of crappy dealerships I spoke with several dealerships in my search from Kansas City, Tulsa to Joplin and finally Springfield. Every dealership has their own way of getting I spoke with several dealerships in my search from Kansas City, Tulsa to Joplin and finally Springfield. Every dealership has their own way of getting you in the door. Don't believe the price you see on the internet, it is just to get you in the door so you can find out you don't qualify for the rebates. Yes, I am a veteran but did not retire from the military, no rebate, and no I did not just graduate from college. I wish I was still that young! But I knew this going in because I am smart enough to read the entire page including the fine print. So, I went in with a number that I would pay for the vehicle I wanted to 6 dealerships, Youngblood being the 7th and 2 hours from my home. Everybody tried to work me over in one way or another EXCEPT Youngblood. They hit my number within 199.00 (Doc Fee) and it was a done deal. In finance with Steve I did feel the pressure to buy the warranty, they really make it sound like a good deal and I took the bait, time will tell if that was a good decision or not. Now I'm 2 hours from home with 2 vehicles. They had a person drive the vehicle I purchased and another person drive another vehicle and they both followed me home in the vehicle I had driven. Fantastic! That was a huge help for me getting the car home without any inconvenience. Overall, a good day. More

False Advertising if you don’t qualify for all the “rebates” We had been looking for a car for a while and came across one at Youngblood in Springfield. The internet price would be considered false advertising ( We had been looking for a car for a while and came across one at Youngblood in Springfield. The internet price would be considered false advertising (unless you read the fine print located somewhere else on the website of course). We drove an hour and fifteen minutes to get there and found out we only qualified for one rebate, therefore the car was another thousand dollars than it was listed as online. We didn’t buy the car that night due to this and we were quite frustrated. Later the salesman contacted us and made us deal to sell it as the advertised price online, we ended up buying it because it was a good deal; and we liked the car of course. We weren’t happy about the “bait and switch” that they pulled with us, but other than that great service. The two salesman we worked with were excellent (Jon Soloman & Austin Massey). However, the gentlemen that worked with us on the loan (Steve Green) was very condescending toward us, and almost seemed to belittle us for not purchasing any warranty’s. More
