They promised to fix some damage on the rim and did not, was not nicely detailed maybe vacuumed. Their pricing was also way to high. We bought a second CRV at Danbury Honda and had a much better experience with better prices. More

Horrible and dishonest We bought a 2010 Honda Fit in May 2017. Only because sales person said that was all we could afford or the bank has approved. The car was okay. We not We bought a 2010 Honda Fit in May 2017. Only because sales person said that was all we could afford or the bank has approved. The car was okay. We noticed missing all rugs and a few other things (used vehicle). After driving the car for three months, we noticed the engine light came on and the D light blinking. Took it to the dealer and of course, they wanted to charge $145 for a diagnosis (plug into the computer a get a code). I decided not to do it there but instead go to the nearest Autozone and have them plug in for free. After getting the code, we realized it might be the transmission fluid. I took the car to a near by shop where they went to the Honda dealer and bought transmission oil and replaced it, mind you the one already in the vehicle was black and transmission fluid is supposed to be pink. Apparently, they sold us a car that supposedly is certified, but they never did a change of transmission fluid or even oil change. Sold us a car that has never been in service in God knows how long. I contacted the manager and let them know what was going on, and they were very good at first and asked me to bring the car in and that they are going to diagnose the problem free of charge. When they called me back to let me know what was going on the service person tries to tell me that the wrong transmission fluid was used and that it will cost about $250 to flush and replace and that might be part of the problem. When I spoke to the manager himself said that there was no record of this vehicle ever being serviced. So if that's so why I have to pay for repairs that were there when the car was bought. The transmission fluid is the correct one and is not over full this job was done by a professional mechanic and have paper work to prove that oil was bought at Honda. After hearing that it will cost me $250 to replace oil and that might not even be an issue and that it might cost more and might need a new transmission because they sold us junk car I told them to forget it. Honda is a rip off they know what they are doing but believe me will not get a penny from me and no longer will be their customer.. I was thinking about buying another car but no way not there. They have done this to many times; my sister had a similar incident happen to her as well. They sell you the car, and if you don't ask for extended warranty, they don't even offer it. The car will last three months exactly when their warranty is over, and then you are stuck with pricey repairs and dishonest people. My mom worked so hard for this car to help transport my disable child and this is what we get JUNK. More

I spent more than a month looking at Hondas and other cars at various dealerships. Danielle Grasso contacted me after my inquiry, through Edmunds.com, and stayed in touch, updating me at least weekly wit cars at various dealerships. Danielle Grasso contacted me after my inquiry, through Edmunds.com, and stayed in touch, updating me at least weekly with inventory information, and answering any questions I had, without nagging. Once I was finally able to schedule a meeting and test drive, she introduced me to Steve Gronowski, who went on the test drive with me and my children, and also with my wife separately when we couldn't schedule a drive together. Both Steve and Danielle were gracious and kind, and went out of their ways to find the car I really wanted and make it possible for me to get it (including having it transferred from a sister dealership). All in all, while purchasing a car is a stressful experience, Danielle and Steve made it as pleasant as is conceivable, and I highly commend and recommend them both. -Mike B. More

Steve was patient with me deciding which vehicle I wanted and making sure all my affordable options were being looked at as well as attentive to me personally while all the numbers were being figured out by Jim. They both made sure it was a very positive, comfortable experience for me and treated me wonderfully as if we all knew eachother so I didn't feel like just another sale. I'm glad I didn't choose to go anywhere else! More

The salesman lied and the manager stuck up for him. The manager said the car was sold as is and yes it was but WITH UNDISCLOSED INFORMATION. A one key car turned into a two key car after it was registered manager said the car was sold as is and yes it was but WITH UNDISCLOSED INFORMATION. A one key car turned into a two key car after it was registered I was handed two keys and told by the salesman the owner lost the keys. The manager told me the owner broke the key in the ignition - hence two keys. One for the driver door and one for the passenger door and trunk. The trunk opened ONLY WHEN IT WANTED TO. So I said I wanted the keys fixed. Instead of buying a kit to have the car have all one key I am now the disappointed owner of a THREE KEY CAR. The manager said "what is the difference between a two or three key car"? More

My husband and I began our car search never thinking that we would buy a car the same day. We had stopped at a few dealerships but weren't impressed with either the offerings or the salesman. When we stopp we would buy a car the same day. We had stopped at a few dealerships but weren't impressed with either the offerings or the salesman. When we stopped at Honda of Watertown we were greeted by a salesman who just wanted to be helpful. There was no "meet my quota" pushiness. We essentially knew what we were looking for and he was instrumental in helping us find the right car. He was knowledgeable about every car in inventory and took his time explaining the positives and negatives of each one we expressed interest in. Repeatedly he would say "I just want you to find a car that you will be happy with." We can't say enough about Steve's patience, integrity, and helpfulness. In fact, over the course of the afternoon, we had conversations with many of the salesmen who were equally knowledgeable and thoughtful. We were extremely satisfied with the service and left feeling like we had a very positive experience. We will now spread the word about Honda of Watertown and its wonderful staff More
