Personal and Professional I was warmly welcomed by multiple staff members. Then quickly brought into the process of signing a few documents. They explained what I was signing a I was warmly welcomed by multiple staff members. Then quickly brought into the process of signing a few documents. They explained what I was signing and answered any of my questions. Even when there was a discrepancy, the staff went to all lengths to try and fix the issue. Then they showed me to my new car. They had it cleaned and filled with a full tank of gas. Overall, the staff treated me as a person and not just a customer! More
