Decided to lease was the best option since i get bored easily with cars and in 4 years I will come back and work with him again and find another Jeep that I will want at that time. The dealership was great with the play area for the two 5 year olds that we had and because of the holiday they had a bbq that we could feed them lunch!! Exceeding expectations I had been working with another Jeep dealership and had become so frustrated with the poor customer service that I turned to The Glendale dealership f I had been working with another Jeep dealership and had become so frustrated with the poor customer service that I turned to The Glendale dealership for assistance. I sent a message to Steve Hemenway searching for assistance and he called me back almost immediately even though it was after hours and he was at a Cardinal's game. In approximately 24 hours Steve had all the details worked out and I picked up my beautiful new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I knew from the first conversation with Steve that things were going to be better than what I had experienced at the other dealership but he blew me away. The entire customer experience was fantastic including the efficiency of Blake Hutchcraft in the finance department. If I could give more stars I surely would. Thanks guys! More
