I set the bar high for a new vehicile with what I wanted and have been working with Steve to hit all the marks and Steve worked really well with me and answered all my questions. I realize nothing is for free and I knew what I wanted and the invoice pricing and felt what I was getting was a fair price overall. I have received exactly what I wanted. This new vehicle is used with only 2300 miles but very close to new. I only wished the new car free oil changes special that was offered came with this purchase but I understand that I purchased a used certified vehicle. Steve is the best in his field and I will be back for years to comes and will recommend Toyota of DesMoines to others. More

Steve has worked with me several times AFTER the sale doing things that technically were not his resposibility. That BUILDS relationship and makes me believe that he will CONTINUE to service my auto need doing things that technically were not his resposibility. Steve Henigan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took me through every nook and cranny on the Prius. He worked hard to get me the best value he could on my trade. He was very prompt at getting back to me after my initial inquiry (within minutes) online. At delivery, the man who took me through the vehicle info again (Joe) was great. He answered my questions before I even had to ask. The only part of the experience where I felt a little pressure was from the loan officer on the extended warranty. He wasn't exactly pushy, but it was slightly more than just talking through the options like Steve did. I got the feeling he may have pushed a little more but I made a comment about everyone saying how great and reliable the Toyota was and I felt I'd be throwing my money away. He didn't have a response on that one and things went quickly from that point. He was very polite and helpful, but just a tad more assertive about the add-ons. He was a very nice gentleman though. More

We enjoy working with Steve because he doesn't waste our time going back and forth with prices. He seems personable and doesn't give us that "Car Salesman Attitude" if you know what I mean.
