Steve went the extra mile in so far as obtaining specs I must say the service he provided was by far the best we have experienced at any dealership. Steve went the extra mile in so far as obtaining specs of competitive vehicles so we could make a decision based on facts not generalities. He responded to every question completely and when he did not have an answer he got back to us within a very short time. When we picked up the car it was ready to go - spotless fueled up and ready for the road. He did his very best to assist us in our purchase, not sell us a car. There is a huge difference in the two. I would not hesitate to send friends and family to Toyota of Des Moines. I only wish I had not wasted my time visiting other Dealers. More
