Salesman excellent; finance person - poor!!!! Steve Hines did excellent job explaining new car and its features, answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable purchasing our new Camry. Steve Hines did excellent job explaining new car and its features, answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable purchasing our new Camry. However, your finance person, Matt Cambell, was rude, insulting and someone I will recommend customers avoid at all costs! In trying to sell us an extended warranty, he criticized Toyota cars much more than necessary. He did a poor job trying to sell this extended warranty, was confusing, at best, and I assume he is new to this job. More
