Purchasing my vehicle was a great experience. I wanted a white car and they found one for me. From the.beginning to end It was great. Very disappointed with the service department! ! Went there Saturday for an oil change and have my breaks checked because the driver side wheel was smoking and have a break burning smell. The serv ! The service department said my breaks were perfect and sent me on my way!! I drove to church and my wheel almost caught on fire it was so hot. I couldn’t make it home so I left at Cochran service and I wrote that my brakes were smoking and it could be a stuck caliper and it needs checked!!!! It went down hill from there! They were going to charge me $1558.00 for caliper, rotors and pads! I had my truck towed to another shop and $525.84 later I’m back on the road! This could have been very bad because Cochran was very very negligent diagnosing my vehicle!! I wanted to trade my vehicle in and get a newer version of what I already have but I’m not to happy with Cochran right now!! More
