1 star. A porter at this dealership (not a technician) crashed my 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona during a road test on April 28th. What I've encountered since: — Three different stories from three different employees about where the crash happened. — No police report was filed despite a tow being required. — Two managers urged me to use the in-house body shop specifically so the damage "wouldn't show on the CARFAX." — When I went in person to request the dealership's insurance information so I could file a claim, no one on site could produce it. I was told it would be emailed to me. As of this posting, I still have not received it. — Their proposed resolution was that I take the problem back to Stellantis. I bought this car brand new less than nine months ago. I emailed ownership directly with the full details and a reasonable request for resolution. I received no response. Posting this because that silence has left me no other option. Prospective buyers should be aware that this dealership has, in my experience, actively suggested routing accident repairs through the in-house body shop specifically to keep damage off the CARFAX. If you are buying a new or used vehicle here, ask hard questions about the vehicle's history and consider an independent pre-purchase inspection. Service customers should know who is actually driving their vehicles on road tests, and how incidents are handled when they happen. More

I am outraged and disappointed on behalf of my daughter, an active duty servicemember, who purchased her first vehicle back in November 2025. She has paid for her vehicle in full, and to date, over 3 months an active duty servicemember, who purchased her first vehicle back in November 2025. She has paid for her vehicle in full, and to date, over 3 months later, has not received her vehicle’s Title (illegal based on Maryland law based on the length of time elapsed), her permanent State Tags (currently driving on expired tags provided by the dealership) and has been overcharged for the vehicle’s sales tax and tags. The best part of the transaction was the fact that she bought an exceptional vehicle. Stay clear of this dealership at all costs! Regardless of whether you are communicating at the Salesperson, Used Car Manager, Director of Finance or the General Manager levels, you will be disappointed. Note: complaints have been filed with the appropriate authorities. More

From start to finish, their approach was no-nonsense and customer-focused. They gave us top dollar for our trade-in and provided a fair and transparent deal on the new truck. There were no attempts to push unnecessary add-ons, which was a refreshing change from many other dealerships. After the sale, I noticed some issues with the final detailing, but they went above and beyond to make it right. They happily took the truck back and redid the detailing to my satisfaction, even offering a complimentary detailing service on my next visit for the inconvenience.
