For this particular experience which I assume is for an accessory installation, the installation quality was fair. I have the installation instructions and can see that all directions were not followed. I accessory installation, the installation quality was fair. I needed to secure the trim pieces better myself and there is some gapping between the body of the car and the trim. Also, when I went to jack my car up, I see that the car had been lifted at a point not meant to support the car. The underbody rails near the rear of the car are dented and damaged. This is mechanics 101. So highly disappointed with this service call. Other experiences have been good but in taking my brand new car in for this installation I was already doubtful of the outcome. My concerns were not unfounded and I should have installed it myself. Again my past experiences had been fine - this one.not so much. More
