My SUV had needed to be towed and needed unscheduled work. Hawthorne Chevy Service Dept (Steve) took great care of my SUV, analyzed it & told me parts needed to be ordered and updated me. They completed work. Hawthorne Chevy Service Dept (Steve) took great care of my SUV, analyzed it & told me parts needed to be ordered and updated me. They completed the work within several days and I was very grateful for the thorough work especially considering this was an unexpected breakdown & not an appointment. More
