Hawthorne Chevrolet provided the best car buying experience I've ever had at a dealer. I was made to feel appreciated and heard. If I had a question, it was answered. He did anything he could to make everything run smoothly. Keith made us feel as though we were old friends, instead of just clients. He is superb. He explained every detail and spent as much time as needed to go through every feature, etc...He never made us feel rushed or pressured. Rich from finance was looking out for our best interest, and any questions we had about the car's maintenance, Steve from the service dept. was really informative.
