My husband and I were shopping for a new car (not necessarily a Toyota), but a Highlander was a vehicle we were interested in. Steve was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable. Steve is the kind of sales associate we look for since we will walk out of a dealership if the salesperson is pushy or tries to use scare us into purchasing for fear that the car will be purchased by another buyer if we walk out without buying it. We test drove 2 cars and then returned a few days later and drove another (the one we purchased). Steve answered all of our questions and responded quickly to our emails and texts.
