Everyone was nice but no one ever told me that under the service plan if you don't get all your oil changes done in 2 years you lose them! I paid for those oil changes should lose them because car only has service plan if you don't get all your oil changes done in 2 years you lose them! I paid for those oil changes should lose them because car only has 12k miles in 3 years! Won't shop Subaru again feel I was lied to! I paid $1000 for 2 oil changes Going back to Toyota!!!!! More

Spencer and Chris provided me an excellent experience! They were professional and very accommodating. Due to my personal preference of being socially distant and minimizing exposure, Spencer and Chris gav They were professional and very accommodating. Due to my personal preference of being socially distant and minimizing exposure, Spencer and Chris gave me the flexibility to do almost everything (except pickup!) online. They also allowed me to sign my papers in the parking lot so I never had to step inside the building. I know this might sound extreme, but it shows how understanding and the "extra mile" they were willing to go to provide an excellent customer experience. Thank you and keep up the great work! More

Dealer/service center was great but I am a bit concerned of a recall I had done recalled again! In addition, I'm not sure why I went to the dealer for a recalled part to find out it had to be ordered even of a recall I had done recalled again! I am upset that I had to go back a second, actually 3rd time (including 1rst recall) for the same problem! More
