They are decently understaffed but nice when you can reach them. Sometimes took a few hours. They god the repair done in a reasonable amount of time but they damaged the new part. Luckily I had to get the vehicle inspected for a safety inspection as soon as it got out so the second mechanic found the issue with very little mileage added. This dealership fixed the problem at no cost to us which was very good. Overall, the truck is fully up and running, final fix is good, and the people are very helpful on the phone and in person. A solid 4-start experience overall. More
