I was considering leasing another Highlander or a Pilot and without the longer test drive I probably would have stayed with the Highlander. Tom had everything lined up for me every time I visited the dealership. The process was very smooth for the most part. I live in Napa and had been at the local dealership that same day looking for a new vehicle. When I called on the phone I already knew which car I wanted to look at when I arrived. AJ (Albert Junior) had the car parked right in front and ready for me to look at. I drove all the way from Napa just to see this car. AJ gave me his time and was so pleasant the entire time I never felt like I was being rushed he explained everything that I wanted to know very patiently. Once I got into the finance department Steve McKerracher treated me like royalty. Manly Honda - the people that own it are amazing! I was given special deals that I would not have been given had I bought the Honda in my hometown of Napa because the Manly’s truly care about people. The employees are wonderful!
