I sold my first car working for the Manly's, Christmas Eve, 2011, and it's been a great 11 years since! Proud to have helped thousands of people with their automotive needs in that time! I've been sales, internet sales, internet sales manager, sales manager, and am currently a finance manager helping people with the paperwork and financing to buy their car!

I love the car, did not love the experience. **updated** Started my experience online with Mark, he responded quickly and answered all my questions. I arranged a meeting at the dealership and drove the almos Started my experience online with Mark, he responded quickly and answered all my questions. I arranged a meeting at the dealership and drove the almost 2 hours to get there. However, Mark was not there and directed me to Mike. In the showroom met with Mike, I informed him of the car i was interested in and he sent us into the large lot to find it while he dealt with another customer. Once we located the car he got the keys and pulled it up to us. I sat in the back seat while my partner drove the car. All Mike talked about the entire ride was how the car was well taken care of. Once back at the lot we looked over the car again, there were blemishes on the dashboard and in the hatch. We were then greeted by a detail guy (didnt catch his name) he was overly helpful and fixed the issues. Mike kept asking us to sign the papers and we had to tell him a few times that we needed to discuss it among ourselves as it was not quite the price we were looking for. Once we decided to purchase the car he then criticized us for wanting to get a better deal. He stated that car dealers "aren't what they used to be and wheeling and dealing isnt how it is done now". We were paying in cash so had to wait for finance to process the information. We waited for 2 hours in the lobby. Finally we met with Steve in finance. In and out in 5 minutes,. No hassle, nice guy. Made the deal to pay in full in the next 10 days so we could get a bank issued check and then the finance option would be cancelled. He then gave me the survey card with his business card. I was more than willing to write a great review as he was the best thing about this experience so far. So then back to Mike to get the car. He again pulled the car up to us. He asked me if I received the survey card. I showed him that I did and he grabbed it from me and said he was going to staple his business card to it. When he came back with the survey card I noticed that he had ripped Steve's card off of it. What a sleaze bag. And then we were off for the long drive back home. 3 days letter got numerous phone calls from the 'finance department' asking where the payment was. I informed them 4 times that I would be in on Saturday (as it was a long drive and we were going to spend the day at nearby attractions in order to get the most out of the day). The representative i spoke with was rude and said that 'i better be there on Saturday' I asked for their name and they said 'see you on Saturday'. So come 4 days into having the car and it is making an awful noise on start up. Call the dealership and inform them of the issue. They said they would look at it on Saturday, Saturday they inform me that they want to do a cold start on the car and that i should drop it off. They did not have a loaner vehicle for me so i had to schedule a drop off for the following week. But again there wasn't a loaner car. So we had to drive 2 cars to drop off the Cr-v for the night so it could be cold started in the morning. Ted in service was great. Explained everything, called promptly, No issues at all. Overall Ted and Steve were great. I could do without dealing with Mike again. 6/26/17 Update: I have barely owned the car a month and it has spent more time being repaired than driven! 1 week after purchase had a tire blow out. 2 weeks after purchase had the experienced detailed above. Update to now: the engine started making a horrid noise, called Manly honda and they wanted me to drive the 1.5 hour drive for them to look at it again. I informed them for safety reasons i would not and the work needed to be authorized in my home town. The car has now been in the shop 5 days repairing the timing chain. Havnt heard back from Manly that they will cover the entire costs. Soooo, this car is supposed to have a 100 and whatever point inspecition....I guess they forgot a few of the major points. I am beyond pissed!! If i could rate less than 1 star I would. More

Easy car buying experience I knew that I was on borrowed time w my high mileage "now" old car had no working a/c. I got an email from my union who was having a Memorial Day car I knew that I was on borrowed time w my high mileage "now" old car had no working a/c. I got an email from my union who was having a Memorial Day car sale and found the Prius C I have been looking for at Manly and emailed for an appointment a few days later. Tom showed me exactly what I was looking for and guided me through the process. I was given a great deal without the back and forth negotiations I dreaded. I could hardly wait to pick the car up after it was detailed. With both Tom and Steve's help I even was able to have the car exterior sealed. I would gladly go back to Manly after I put some miles on my new car. Thanks Manly More

My wife and I did all of our Shopping/negotiating online. So all that we needed was a warm welcome to Manly Honda and that's exactly what we got. Vincent is who we communicated with VIA the internet and that is who welcomed us with a smile and a handshake. So at the end of the day Manly Honda and Vincent came across as sincere & honest # REFRESHING. More

Horrible finance department I had a great expirence dealing with Sean purchasing my Honda. Where things went bad was dealing with the finance manager. He's been horrible. A week I had a great expirence dealing with Sean purchasing my Honda. Where things went bad was dealing with the finance manager. He's been horrible. A week after I left with my car I started getting harrassing calls stating they need to change my terms to get financed. He even started threatening me about my credit union coming after me for full payment for other bills that have nothing to do with them. I am not happy with this dealership! More
