Went in for an oil change & filter on Monday Sept 16, 2024. Last night 4 days later, my add oil lights went on. See photos: Did they forget to add oil? My oil is not leaking! Called and they said to drive it in, but I can't drive without oil. I will need to uber to a store to buy oil or ask a friend? Meanwhile I want them to check it out for free since I paid $170.91 which in my opinion was way too much! They got me in with a $59.99 coupon and then didn't honor it, Linda. Bait & Switch and Price Gouging! They emailed me the coupon too! I asked for Steve the Mgr to call me, left a VM and no call back. At this point I want them to pay for my time and my oil that I'm going to have to buy in order to drive my car! I have gone there several times for service. Not sure what's going on but this is the worst service I've ever received! No Service at all I should say! 1 Qt of Oil is at least $15! I am not leaking oil. They didn't fill me up or didn't add oil. I'm so upset! See receipt: I have photos and can't attach them on this site? I should get a refund or a discount to pay for my oil! More
