This was my second service visit to Audi for my 2012 A5. First, I love my car. Second, its very important to me to have a service representative that understands my needs, concerns, takes time with me and First, I love my car. Second, its very important to me to have a service representative that understands my needs, concerns, takes time with me and gives me his attention. My recent service appointment exceeded my expectations. Steve was courteous, efficient & listened to my questions. He answered them in a way I could understand the mechanics of the reason for one of the items that was to be part of my service. My entire experience was a pleasure. I took myself to the cafe, had a cup of coffee and waited for my car. From the minute I entered the service dept. to the time I left, one of the things that really struck me was how quiet the entire building was. The showroom had sales people at their desks, people were looking at cars, the service department was busy working..but all with such a quiet tone! Wow, how does that happen? All in all, a great experience. More

I purchased my 2012 Audi A8 and several other Audi's over the past years and have been Audi Coral Springs "service" customer for over 22 years of this dealership although ownership has changed and servi over the past years and have been Audi Coral Springs "service" customer for over 22 years of this dealership although ownership has changed and service was always good, it is much better now and big reason for this has been my Service advisor Steve Meyers. Steve has always been available if I had any questions or concerns with my vehicle and did a great job of advising me on what was best for my Audi. He is a great service advisor who is very knowledgeable and does a good job of getting me in quickly and making sure my vehicle is well taken care of while there. I have had a great experience in the ACS service department working with Steve and the others to include the greeters and cashiers. I appreciate the customer service and excellent staff at ACS. More

The service at Audi Coral Springs is above and beyond any other Service Dept. I have ever been to. After owning 11 Mercedes in my life time, I decided to try Audi after reading so much about the Q7 . I ask my self what took me so long to convert to Audi??? But what makes a dealership in my opinion is the Service Dept. Steve Meyer has taken care of me from (2008) day one on my purchase of both Audi's. He is on top of everything that needs to be done and recommends what is best for me and the car. He is always personable from the time I drop off the car, till the time I pick it back up. Calling to let me know what was done and when it will be ready for pick up. A big round of applause for Steve Meyer and the service dept. at Audi Coral Springs. They work hard to make our life a little easier in this hectic world. More

Convertible top broke over the weekend. Brought the car in without an appointment Monday morning and there was a line. They weren't upset and were very polite. Told me no problem and to drop off the car in without an appointment Monday morning and there was a line. They weren't upset and were very polite. Told me no problem and to drop off the car and they got me a loaner. Was very pleased that they took care of me so fast. They texted me when the car was done. They needed a part but they did the service so I was able to return the loaner and get back on the road. All the fluids were replaced at no charge and the car was cleaned. Very efficient and everyone was nice. More
