I’m originally from Westchester, NY and relocated to South Florida in 1985 where I attended Taravella High School and went on to the University of Florida. “Go Gators” My automotive repair background started with my family 30 years before I was born so it was natural that I followed the family business tradition. Over the years, I have owned, operated and managed multiple repair facilities as well as managing multiple parts warehouses, wholesale and retail stores. During my 10 years with Audi, I have attained the Audi Magna Status multiple years. We had an issue involving the air conditioner. Due to travel out of state we took it to another dealer to be fixed. The problem was not remedied but we had a 2000+ mile trip back to Florida during which travel out of state we took it to another dealer to be fixed. The problem was not remedied but we had a 2000+ mile trip back to Florida during which the car went out of warrenty. Steve diagnosed the problem, pled our case to Audi, that even though it was out of warrenty, and they did not originally do the work it should be covered. They saved us over $2000 out of pocket. Service with Steve Meyer at ACS is always punctual and hassle free. Done right the first time. I have an Audi Service Center 3 miles from my home, but I travel the 20 miles to Audi Coral Springs Service hassle free. Done right the first time.
