Exceptional-AGAIN! I had such a good experience five years ago, I returned for my next purchase. Super respectful sales people who DO NOT pressure you in any way. Totally amazed at the amount of time they are willing to take with the customer to answer questions and discuss vehicle options. Purchase process was super smooth and stress free-loved that there wasn't any "haggling" involved. I had researched what I was trading and buying-the prices for each were extremely competitive. The entire staff made sure I was comfortable with the purchase and followed up with me a few days layer to make sure all was well. No question about it-I will buy from Van Bortel again and highly encourage others to do so as well! More
