Both Steve and Terry were very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. Steve really went out of his way to give me a great customer experience. I had to stop by in the evening due to my work schedule, and he ended up staying late. There wasn't time to have the car detaile customer experience. I had to stop by in the evening due to my work schedule, and he ended up staying late. There wasn't time to have the car detailed, so he asked me to bring it in when I had time later that week. When I came in, he had the car cleaned and polished and took the time to go over some of the other features with me. That kind of service after the sale is really impressive. I'm very happy both with the car, and with my overall experience. More

We found the car we wanted online, they had two on the lot (two different colors) so we drove out of our way to North County. Steve greeted us as we pulled up, but it didn't feel like high-pressure sales lot (two different colors) so we drove out of our way to North County. Steve greeted us as we pulled up, but it didn't feel like high-pressure sales. While we took the car out for a test drive, they looked over the car we were trading in, so everything was very smooth and easy. Steve worked to find all of the Ford incentives we qualified for, and worked with us on the trade-in value of our car. Dan in finance helped us get the best rate and payment options. The car has more bells and whistles than any car we've owned, and he helped us figure out all the gadgets and got both of my phones hooked up before we left. Overall, a great car-buying experience! More

I've had terrible previous car buying experiences and as a result I am always expecting the worst when it comes to car shopping. I was very pleasantly surprised this time around. As soon as I arrived at the a result I am always expecting the worst when it comes to car shopping. I was very pleasantly surprised this time around. As soon as I arrived at the dealership Steve came out to ask if he could help me with anything, and I told him "No, I'm just here to scope out your selection." He didn't stalk me around from car to car while I checked to see what they had, but stayed visibly present up front so I could simply come to him when I wanted him. We took two different vehicles on test drives and without my even asking he provided me with full Carfax reports and vehicle printouts with full specifications. I didn't buy anything that day, the Bommarito dealerships were just one of my stops out of about a dozen dealerships I went to. I ended up deciding to buy one of the vehicles I had driven with Steve and came back the next day. I had already secured my own financing so the buying process was fairly quick and easy. Chris Clark, the gentleman that handles the finance contracts was also pleasant to with, he told me all about their extended warranty and gave me pricing for it but didn't push on the issue when I told him I didn't want. Steve in the mean time had already gotten my vehicle into the service department so they could do the state required inspection immediately so I didn't have to bring it back later in the week to do it. I was just overall very happy with my buying experience. Steve Nodiff was a very nice, low-pressure salesman and a pleasure to deal with. More
