Great Experience with Videon and Steve Pealer! I can't say enough about Steve Pealer and Videon!! After my 2015 Jeep Patriot (purchased at Videon) was totaled in an accident on May 4, 2018 (just s I can't say enough about Steve Pealer and Videon!! After my 2015 Jeep Patriot (purchased at Videon) was totaled in an accident on May 4, 2018 (just short of having it for 3 years), Steve was very helpful while I was going through the insurance claims process. I emailed and called him to ask a few questions about the value of my Patriot and looking for a new Jeep. Once the settlement was completed, we made an appointment for Saturday, the 26th and looked at the new Cherokee and Compass. I immediately loved the look, feel and smooth ride of the Cherokee. Steve was excellent!! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained every detail about the vehicle so that I really haven't had to look anything up!! He answered all of my questions He made the process very easy and seamless! I'm a very happy customer! Marge in the Finance Department was equally friendly and knowledgeable. This is not your typical dealership it’s much more! Steve Pealer was my sales person. We initially communicated via email and then we spoke on the phone narrowing down what I was looking for a vehicle Steve Pealer was my sales person. We initially communicated via email and then we spoke on the phone narrowing down what I was looking for a vehicle. He was pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. He answered all my emails and phone calls promptly and trust me there were many to him, as I am the type of person that asked multiple questions and needs to be informed of everything when making such a major purchase. On the day we met in person he had both vehicles ready for me to test drive. I was a bit nervous at first to drive the vehicle in rush-hour traffic. Steve was very reassuring and before I knew it I was behind the wheel and enjoying every moment of it .Negotiations for the price of the vehicle were easy-going there were no high-pressure tactics here. Basically what he wanted was to put me in the vehicle of my dreams and that is what he did. The night I came to pick my vehicle up even though it was very late I believe it was after 10 o’clock when I finally left, Steve took his time and made sure I was familiar with everything on the vehicle. He took me through everything on the dashboard, seat adjustment even how to take the roof off. I was very attached to the car was leaving behind even though it was 15 years old and he was kind enough and thoughtful enough to take my old car around to the back of the building so that when I walked out I wouldn’t see it and feel emotional about leaving it behind. He left me with his cell phone number so that if I had any questions the next day or any day for that matter I could always call him. He also made a follow-up call to make sure that I was satisfied with the vehicle and that was enjoying it. I have to tell you when it came to purchasing a vehicle this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had!! I purchased the vehicle of my dreams, for the price I wanted, with Steve Pealer who were kind, courteous and professional. If you want a pleasant experience with a knowledgeable sales person come visit Steve Pealer at Videon Jeep. I will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle and will always advise people to come here to purchase their vehicle. This was just a great all-around experience!! I love my shiny red JEEP!!!!
