Amazing Customer Service I was looking at BMW of Smithtown and I was having a problem over there. I called up BMW of Bayshore and got Steve on the phone. We discussed a few things as far as what I was looking for and looking to spend and we set up a test drive for the next day. The next day I stopped in, test drove the car and then sat down with Steve to go over everything. He is the best sales person that I have dealt with and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get into a BMW. He has followed up with me regularly to see how everything is, how I like the car and if there is anything that I need. More

Over the course of many visits, Steve was able to discern our concerns and wishes both by what we said and what we didn't. He made us feel more like friends than customers. He is so easy to work with and knows his cars. I am looking forward to further interaction with the "genius", James Kuziw. He is very knowledgeable, patient and able to explain technical information clearly. The more I learn, the more I find there is so much more. I had a scheduled appointment with my salesperson Steve Precht and from the beginning of our meeting, I was quite pleased with both his candor and broad knowledge base of the product. I was able to test drive various vehicles at my leisure and at no point during the process did I feel any pressure. I ended up purchasing a new 528XI and the entire process from start to finish was seamless, and the necessary paperwork and financing process was completed quite expeditiously. During my visit to BMW of Bay Shore, I was also fortunate enough to meet the sales manager Lori Precht, who took the time to make sure I had an excellent experience and that it exceeded my expectations. One more person comes to mind during my experience at the dealership. Upon picking up the car, I spent about 2 hours with James Kuziw, who I believe is part of the BMW Genius team, going through most of the functionality and details of the new car. It was extremely helpful and was very pleased with his grasp and knowledge base of the car. I would highly recommend it to anyone purchasing a new BMW. More

We told him what we were interested in and he showed us the car, explained all the options available, and went though the finances. We never felt any pressure. All our questions were answered. We ordered the car that day. When picking up the car, we met James (AKA Genius) who explained all the wonderful features of the car and answered all our questions. There was a different feel tot he entire process of the lease of my new 2016 328xi; from the initial friendly greeting in the showroom to the negotiation process with my sales adviser Steve Precht. Steve was personable, knowledgeable and I enjoyed the negotiation process as it wasn't like any of my prior experiences. There was no push, no hassle and no guilt. The "game" was not transparent which is appreciated from a consumer's perspective. The finance manager was quick and had answers to all of my questions. The "genius" was friendly and knowledgeable. I can't believe I'm going to say this but I'm looking forward to having to use the service department as my expectations are high considering the experience of my purchase. Thank you all! More
