Steve Quinn was exceptional and spent nearly 2-hours carefully explaining the high-tech features of my car and I actually felt fairly confident driving off of the lot. His knowledge base for the BMW product is unparalleled and his passion is quite evident for the best cars on today's roads. He's sold cars to many of my dear friends and the fact that they continue to seek out Steve on their new purchases tells me that Steve is indeed a true professional and that only enhances the BMW experience. From the financial side Vlad Petrosayn was truly the BEST financial specialist I've ever worked with his attention to detail and easy going personality he made my day event better. To the Detailers please take the time to determine who detailed my car because it was once again the BEST detailing I've ever seen. I am a fanatic with my cars and they look showroom new for the duration of my ownership and this detailing was extraordinary. Everything about my BMW experience was incredible and I didn't want the day to end.
