Very impressed ! I was working in Ashtabula until 4:30 PM but Stephen Quinn promised me if I came the 35 miles west to this Pennsylvania BMW location, he could demonst I was working in Ashtabula until 4:30 PM but Stephen Quinn promised me if I came the 35 miles west to this Pennsylvania BMW location, he could demonstrate everything I could possible want about the BMW m550i AWD. When I arrived at 5:15 PM he had three cars lined up. One to demonstrate the ride, a 540i, one for the high end stereo, a 750i and finally a fully decked out 530i. Although he did have a m550i there, it was there for delivery that afternoon, but I could see it was fantastic. When it came to color choices for exterior, leather and trim, not only did he show it to me, he gave me the dealerships own samples. Wow ! He is now checking to see if it is possible, still to order this car for 2018 but, if not, he assures me that the 2019 cost will not be much more than for 2018. I await his information . The best attitude and assistance I have ever received at a dealership in my 66 years of life. More

They still treated me like I was a returning customer and took the time to explain the vehicle and give me a test drive. Steve followed up with me, but did not pressure me and let me know he was there to help and followed up with additional info I had asked for. As i narrowed down the field i wanted to take a longer test drive and Steve made that happen at my convenience. They wanted the sale, but wanted me to be comfortable with the decision. They know that a satisfied customer is a long term customer. The day i picked up the vehicle everything was ready and the experience was a breeze. More

They explained everything very well and met our every need. We didn’t think that we could afford a luxury vehicle and we were pleasantly surprised at what we could buy. The next day the BMW genius Nick Dylewski came to our house and helped us learn and program some of the features of the car. A big shout out to our finance guy Vlad Petrosayn.
