Best deal, and dealer, in Pennsylvania There is a reason that I chose to use Steve Quinn at New Motors, which is 3 and a half hours away, when there is a BMW dealer 15 minutes from home. S There is a reason that I chose to use Steve Quinn at New Motors, which is 3 and a half hours away, when there is a BMW dealer 15 minutes from home. Steve gave me a great deal (and discount) up front, and even sweetened the deal as we progressed through the purchase. Steve is not your "normal" salesman. He listens, responds quickly and helpfully, and in a timely manner. My only real complaint is that I used the local dealer for my last BMW purchase instead of Steve, and it probably cost me $3500+. But we learn from our mistakes! I can and do wholeheartedly recommend Steve, and I have to my friends and acquaintances. Some long distance relationships do work out, and this is proof! More

There were several messages exchanged, and in the end the sale worked out just fine. I like efficiency. The business transaction took longer than necessary because of botched documents. I would like to expect better. Nick the BMW Genius was great. The addition of a BMW Genius to the sales transaction is a great idea and very effective in teaching the wide array of technological upgrades. More

High end car buying made fun and easy We stopped at New Motors on a Saturday afternoon after visiting 2 other dealers that were not open. We had been very interested in a particular model We stopped at New Motors on a Saturday afternoon after visiting 2 other dealers that were not open. We had been very interested in a particular model from a premium car maker only to find the Erie dealer did not have any new or used models to look at or drive. We stopped at New Motors and were instantly impressed at the variety and quantity of BMW's available. Steve Quinn could not have been more accommodating. His knowledge of automobiles, especially the BMW, was astounding. We fell in love with an X5 even though it was priced higher than we budgeted, but for the efforts of Steve and the New finance team, a very acceptable arrangement was made. We are extremely happy. More

Stephen has a very relaxed and professional approach when interacting with clients. He was extremely helpful and eagerly seeking our business, without resorting to a 'high pressure' approach. It was because of our comfort with him that we closed our deal on the same day as our appointment ... something we rarely do. Great Experience This was my first purchase at New Motors but had dealt with the service department in the past was always impressed with the service and especially ho This was my first purchase at New Motors but had dealt with the service department in the past was always impressed with the service and especially how they handled any issues that I had. Started out with an internet chat session with Keisha Hines to answer a few questions prior to making decision to visit the dealership. Keisha was friendly and responsive and was there to great me on my arrival and hand me off to Steve Quinn to follow up on specific questions around a deal. Steve was very knowledgable, professional and personable and quickly responded to my questions and needs. Was able to read me pretty quickly and this allowed us to spend time and focus where needed and not waste a lot of time dragging me through some preconceived script making the process very personal to my needs and not wasting either of our time. One we had a deal I worked with Allen Yingling on the financing. Allen was very thorough and financing was a breeze. Afterwards, I had a follow up question on financing that I had forgotten to ask and Allen got back to me very quickly. Finally after purchasing had a session with Nicholas Dylewski to walk me through the technology. Nickolas was very thorough and tailored the session to my needs. Overall, I have been very satisfied with the New Motors Experience. Thanks to the whole team for working to make the experience great! More
