Incredible experience for someone who hates to shop!!!!! I came in to get a Volkswagen Jetta with one hour left before they closed. Steve Quinn from the BMW side was asked to help me. I was asked what I wanted and when I told Steve what a single mother with 2 teenage kids could afford, Steve made it happen. I had never leased a car before and wasn't sure if it was the right decision. Steve explained everything in detail and made the process quick and easy. Even though he sells BMW's, he answered all my questions about the Jetta and if he wasn't as familiar with something, he found out right away. Steve was very personable and I would recommend him to everyone. You won't end up second guessing your decision. More

I have had experience with their service department in the past and I give them 5 stars, great service. This was my first BMW purchase and I was on the fence weather to buy or lease. After talking with Darren and Steve Quinn, I have decided to lease, with the warranty and no hassle full service for 4 years..it seemed like the way to go. Once I decided to lease and the hand shake complete; I was out of the lot and down the road in less then an hour.
