I was asked what I wanted and when I told Steve what a single mother with 2 teenage kids could afford, Steve made it happen. I had never leased a car before and wasn't sure if it was the right decision. Steve explained everything in detail and made the process quick and easy. Even though he sells BMW's, he answered all my questions about the Jetta and if he wasn't as familiar with something, he found out right away.
