Most of the time I spent was with Steve trying to get me into a 2014 Grand Cherokee. He did not leave a stone unturned to find me the right model and was very helpful explaining every detail that might have interested me in a new car. When my mind was finally set on a car he helped closing the deal with the Sales Manager Ed to the farthest extent possible, keeping the customer (me) in mind.
