Our first contact was a phone conversation with Anita. She was very friendly and very informative regarding the Costco Auto program. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Steve Regan. When we explained what we were looking for he took us to the lot and showed us 2 different models. We did a test drive on both and made a decision which one was for us. He took care of all the paper work that was needed to get us started. Ed Fioruonte greeted us and took care of our credit check and saw that everything was in order. Darren Applegate was terrific in explaining the extra things that might be beneficial to us with our financing. All the paper work was completed, our old car was emptied and our new car polished and filled with gas and we were on our way.
