Walked into the dealership and was immediately meet with a welcome handshake. The entire experience was smooth and friendly. When I told them what I wanted to pay for the car, and what I wanted for my trade a welcome handshake. The entire experience was smooth and friendly. When I told them what I wanted to pay for the car, and what I wanted for my trade in, they pleasantly offered almost what I asked for. Without hassle. My car was missing one of the keys. I was promised they would locate the key or purchase a new one for me. I received a call form my salesman, Steve Regan, this morning that he had in fact located the key and was working on procuring it. Most dealerships, once you walk out the door, really don't follow through. Lester Glenn is not the usual dealership. I couldn't be more pleased with how I was treated and the deal I received. I was in the market for a Dodge Grand Caravan. Upon arriving to the dealership, Steve was incredibly friendly and greeted me immediately. He catered his workflow to my situation (trying to get out of arriving to the dealership, Steve was incredibly friendly and greeted me immediately. He catered his workflow to my situation (trying to get out of a car that i was upside down on) and it was apparent that he wanted to sell me the car that I wanted/needed and not a car that I would struggle to afford. He helped me negotiate with Mike to get the deal I was looking for and really felt like he did a great job as a customer advocate. Darren helped me through the financing aspect and again, I felt I was getting exactly what I needed without any outrageous up-sells. I walked away with the feeling that even after the sale, Lester Glenn will continue to be helpful throughout the lifespan of the vehicle. More

We received an offer card in the mail. We went in to get some information on the 2013 T&C. Steve brought us in and spent the time to work with us. Although we didn't get the deal that we saw on the card, some information on the 2013 T&C. Steve brought us in and spent the time to work with us. Thanks to Mike and Steve! The whole team went over and above. Even Darren who needed to prep for an operation the next day spent his last minutes of being able to EAT to finish our deal. We recently had one of the best car buying experiences at Lester Glenn Jeep. The team really acted together to get us the best value for our trade, and the best price for our new Jeep. We managed to avoid Lester Glenn Jeep. The team really acted together to get us the best value for our trade, and the best price for our new Jeep. We managed to avoid the game of "let me talk to me manager" and that made us feel like we were being respected as customers. Seeing my wife's height they included new running board at no cost and with out us even asking. Add free oil changes to the deal and what more could an educated and reasonable customer expect. We will purchase there again. More

I was there not planning to buy a truck and Steve was such a great salesman.....I got the truck of my dreams! Gave me more than I thought for my 11 year old truck...He was the best! This is the second Jeep purchase in less than a month for my family. I bought my wife a 2013 Jeep Compass last month and Steve Regan was helping me find the right Jeep Wrangler to fit my needs. We were unable to find the right fit when I purchased the Compass, but Steve Regan was great in following up with me as new cars rolled in. We finally found the right car at the right price and I couldn't be happier with my decision to stick with Lester Glenn. The sales/finance staff was no pressure and worked very hard to help me get the right financing for my new Wrangler. Another salesman, Brian Reeves, even took some time to show me some tips/tricks on operating the soft top!
