Steve made this a 10 out of 10 experience I would highly recommend him I came in and he had the majority of everything done already so I only had to sign a little bit of paperwork the experience was fast an recommend him I came in and he had the majority of everything done already so I only had to sign a little bit of paperwork the experience was fast and fun it wasn't stressful in the least! This is the second vehicle we have bought from Lou Sobh Honda and specifically with Steve Rossi. Steve made the process easy and smooth. He is the complete opposite of the stereotype “used car salesman”. W Honda and specifically with Steve Rossi. Steve made the process easy and smooth. He is the complete opposite of the stereotype “used car salesman”. We came back to Steve and Lou Sobh even though we have 2-3 Honda dealerships that are closer because they are that good. Can’t recommend Lou Sobh and Steve Rossi enough! Will likely be back for another Honda in the future. More

Super honest and straight forward, they don’t hit your credit a million times either to get you approved. Steve and Jacob were great to deal work with. Everyone at the dealership seemed friendly. We drove 45 minutes just to go there instead of Gwinnett Honda… where you get bad service!
