I spent $32,000 on a used 2014 Jeep. Salesman and people were great. Also like the Jeep. But the dealership would not even give me a full tank of gas. Traded a like new top of line 2021 Edge with under 3000 miles and was presented blue book printout without divulging it was a “fair” conditi market. The Service Department is excellent at Dick’s even in these high demand times for good service. Dick’s CDJR is where I buy my cars and Dick’s CDJR is the only service department I use. Adam Denning is a great service writer and the management team and Master Technicians really know their stuff. I had a tough situation and they solved it as a team at a VERY affordable price, had me in and out in one day once I scheduled my appointment. I definitely recommend this dealership. More
