They have the best experienced and professional mechanics and that saves by getting it correct the first time, a noise was trouble shooted, returned with so many variables, I did tire rotation,yet the young and that saves by getting it correct the first time, a noise was trouble shooted, returned with so many variables, I did tire rotation,yet the young mechanic immediately said it sound like wheel bearings, he was correct yet he also noted other issues that would have cause problems. Steve is the best, his recommendations are not greed up-sales, but proven to be preventative maintenance, Steve makes excellent decisions, spends time to read what my warranty covers, he doesn't leave you in the waiting room without informing you of your progress. I travel a very long way to get my car serviced at James Chrysler and I will not go anywhere else. Be aware if folks arent responding to survey, it doesnt open on my cell, i had to use my laptop. More
