The parts & service dept.s were ever so helpfull in getting accessories for my truck and the installation was done perfectly. Great job done by all. I was not even in the market for a newer car, but my cousin told me I had to go down and see this place in Seneca Falls. He referred me to Josh Irwin whom he had bought 2 cars off of. So I called in and spoke to Amanda who opened my eyes to the possibilities that Finger Lakes could offer me, and she set me up with Josh for an appointment. Me and my wife showed up and were greeted by the Sales Manager himself John Shields. He walked us through the credit and financial portion of the deal right in the beginning. I never once felt pressured. Josh Irwin then showed us the building and the extremely friendly staff. I met Harold in parts who offered me a discount on an aftermarket part before I even purchased! We then went right to the vehicle I had seen online, Josh knew every option and explained it all thoroughly to me. We test drove it and when we got back Josh introduced me to Steve who gave me great confidence in my future maintenance of the car. Josh then worked with John to get me an excellent payment. After the sale I met Jason and Ryan who worked their butts off to get me my interest rate. I never once felt pressured, I was treated fair, and they even fed me while I waited for my car to be prepped. Josh brought me out to my car as their friendly detail guy Nate finished up shinning the car up. My experience was amazing and I highly recommend Finger Lakes Chrysler Dodge Jeep to everyone I see now! Thank you so much guys! More
