This dealership could use training on working with fulltime RVer's and customer service. Mike was extremely rude to our insurance company. No communication between sales and the person with the final say. No response from management. No online phone numbers are answered. Wired purchase price was returned by a check with a 7-day hold. No explanation as to why it could not be wired back, the same way it was received. Proof of insurance, on a cash deal, was not acceptable per their company guidelines. Remember, we were paying 100% cash. Deal cancelled. More
