When the engine in our late‑model GMC Sierra Denali suffered a major mechanical failure, we were understandably worried about what it would take to get it back on the road. What could have been a stres suffered a major mechanical failure, we were understandably worried about what it would take to get it back on the road. What could have been a stressful, drawn‑out ordeal quickly turned into a reminder of what true customer service looks like, thanks to the team at Holm Automotive. A special thanks goes to Chuck Loader, the Service Advisor who oversaw the entire situation from start to finish. Chuck kept us consistently informed about the status of our vehicle, answered every question with patience and clarity, and made sure we always knew what to expect. His professionalism and steady communication made a huge difference during a challenging time. The broader Holm Automotive team also went above and beyond by searching nationwide to locate a replacement engine. Their persistence, communication, and dedication were evident every step of the way. While our truck waited for parts and repairs, they graciously provided temporary transportation, ensuring our family stayed mobile and supported throughout the process. This level of care is rare, and it’s easy to see why Holm Automotive has earned so many industry awards. Their professionalism, empathy, and commitment to doing right by their customers transformed a major setback into a genuinely positive experience. We are deeply grateful for their help and recommend them without hesitation. More

They determined a new tire was needed but the correct size was not available in Abilene. Steve Schiltz worked with me to get a loaner so that I could complete my trip to Topeka for a funeral. They said they could have new tires for me the next day. I received a message early the next morning that my vehicle was ready to go. Latter in the day, I returned the loaner, paid my bill and was on my way. Everyone at the dealership was most courteous. I could not have been treated better. There was no extra charge for the loaner car. Since I live several hours from Abilene, it is very unlikely that I will purchase a vehicle from them. If I lived close, I would consider doing business with Holm Automotive. More
