I came to Holm Automotive with a flat tire. I was traveling on the Interstate 70 and stopped to get a bit to eat. When I left McDonald's my front let tire was flat. Holm Automotive was across t I was traveling on the Interstate 70 and stopped to get a bit to eat. When I left McDonald's my front let tire was flat. Holm Automotive was across the street. They determined a new tire was needed but the correct size was not available in Abilene. Steve Schiltz worked with me to get a loaner so that I could complete my trip to Topeka for a funeral. They said they could have new tires for me the next day. I received a message early the next morning that my vehicle was ready to go. Latter in the day, I returned the loaner, paid my bill and was on my way. Everyone at the dealership was most courteous. I could not have been treated better. There was no extra charge for the loaner car. Since I live several hours from Abilene, it is very unlikely that I will purchase a vehicle from them. If I lived close, I would consider doing business with Holm Automotive. More
