Thanks to my Sales consultant Steve Sorenson; I’m a happy camper! From the moment I stepped onto the lot I was cheerfully greeted by Steve. After the introductions we sat down and discussed my expectations in a vehicle. Steve, was very patience with me...I felt he actually listened to me. He and I looked at several models and class of cars. Before test driving off the lot, Steve made sure I was informed of all the instruments and vehicle operation. During test-drive I was pleasantly surprised there still was no high-pressured spiel and the vehicle handled exactly as he described. Once the drive was over, we returned to dealership. During each interval of the process, Steve would check on my comfort level – was willing to take the extra time to clarify what I may have misunderstood or if I had additional questions. In a field known to have the reputation of high-pressured, fast-talking, and usually obnoxious behavior it was highly refreshing to have worked with Steve Sorenson. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I had in a long time thanks to Steve Sorenson. He is an outstanding professional, knowledgeable and courteous. This resulted in me driving off in my lustrous Black Granite Chevy Cruze! Thanks Steve! More
