I brought up a concern over some corrosion on the roof of my 2023 truck that I noticed at around 40k miles. 4k miles after the "bumper to bumper" warranty ended. I don't look at my roof very often, and this had clearly been there for awhile so I asked about possibly having this covered. I was told I was SOL. I called Ford customer service who told me I should bring it to the dealer and have them file a case. So I did, at the same time I had my oil changed. They told me again at that point that nothing would be covered and that I was SOL. I asked about Ford assistance and they said I had to create the case, even though I had called customer support before my appt. After some back and forth the dealer finally created the case. No word on anything for two weeks until I reached out and they said they were waiting for a response. Two days later I was told Ford would cover all but 300$ of the repair. Thought about it for a few days. What choice do I have? Two weeks more for the part to come in. After I asked several times how long the repair would take and was told "just a few hours", I made my appt. for 9AM. (They didn't start until 1:30) Later that day they tell me it's going to have to stay overnight. In the end I had to do all my own research, and basically force them to help me. And still pay 300$ More

On the service side, Steve has been my go-to guy for all my gas vehicles. His professionalism and attention to detail are a big part of why I ended up buying four vehicles from Hawk. He’s always taken great care of my Motorhome with the V10, my earlier gas vehicles, and everything in between. Then I met Kathleen in the Diesel Service department — and she’s been just as exceptional. When I brought in my F-150 Diesel, she handled it with the same expertise and enthusiasm. Most recently, I called early one morning about my F-350 before a long trip to California. She told me to bring it right in, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part immediately, and had me back on the road the moment it arrived. Steve and Kathleen are both top-notch, and together with DJ and Andrew, they’re the reason I trust Hawk Ford with every vehicle I own — gas and diesel. They truly go above and beyond. More

Dealer will make no effort to advocate for their customers post purchase. No communication on repair time-frames. I didn't appreciate the "Out the door" price increase at the last minute. "Oh, the salesman made a mistake, the GM said. The finance guy was horrible.
