Best Car-Buying Experience I'm so glad I was able to do business with Jim. He was friendly and never overbearing, and let me make decisions on my own time. Fantastic! I contacted and test drove a Forte on the far Eastside of Cleveland. They seemed that they did not want to make a deal on the car. I then did some research on line and contacted Kris Coulter on line . She was vey helpful who then past me on to Aaron Houser who help finalize the deal for me. Steve Stein was also terrific going over the details of the loan Hat off to all the stakk The experience was well the hour plus drive the West side to purchase my new car. I highly recommend Halleen Kia for a great deal! More

New Car Purchase for not one byt two cars! Jon was an excellent representative of your dealership. He was knowledgeable as well as passionate about the Kia's we were interested in. I Feel Good! While car buying can be such an overwhelming but necessary task I must say that Mark P, and his team worked well on my behalf. I didn't feel anxiety o While car buying can be such an overwhelming but necessary task I must say that Mark P, and his team worked well on my behalf. I didn't feel anxiety or pressure. They stayed in my price range "comfort zone." At one point what seemed to be a sure deal fell through. I just couldn't see my primary car being white w/a black racing stripe. Two days later w/o pressure I got a call and picture mail of what I felt comfortable in. Mark really kept my preferred features in mind and for that I'm truly thankful. Phyllis in the Internet sales department also kept in contact with me without pressure and that's what kept this dealership in mind. The finance manager was just as awesome too. My entire experience was personable and for that I'm thankful to the entire team that worked on my behalf! Please know that I didn't buy the most expensive car on the lot, but the quality of service made me feel that way! More

Willingness to help Coming into the dealership we were leery of being able to reach an agreement that we would be able to work with. Our situation was we were nearing the Coming into the dealership we were leery of being able to reach an agreement that we would be able to work with. Our situation was we were nearing the end of our lease on one vehicle, and we had a 12 year truck that was uneconomical to drive. Presenting our situation to Greg Zolnai, he listened to our needs and was eager to help with our situation. He was flexible with his time and was willing to come in on his day off and work with us and we were able to work out and a reach a deal on two vehicles satisfying our need for the lease end and the economy we were searching for. Our overall experience with those we came in contact with and the impression of the dealership was impressive. Steve was very personable and made the painful chore of filling out and signing the paperwork an enjoyable experience. More

Sales excellent, service Department poor. Sales department personal are excellent. Service department needs a lot of work. They seem like they could care less about customer service.
