Needed a better car My 10 year old car was on it's last leg when I drove into the dealership. My muffler system was about to fall off. Looked at a Soul. Needed paperwork My 10 year old car was on it's last leg when I drove into the dealership. My muffler system was about to fall off. Looked at a Soul. Needed paperwork from home to complete the deal. My salesman Jon O.,made it possible for me to drive a Soul home that night as he didn't think my car was safe to drive. I came back the next day and unfortunately I couldn't afford the Soul but they got me into a car that was affordable for me and I am very happy with it. All of the people I dealt with were kind and professional. More

Amazing Experience Overall this was by far the best car buying experience ever. I absolutely hate going out and car shopping. I went online to do my homework prior to visiting the dealership. I filled out getting pre-approved online. Lori called me and sent me a email within 2 min of me hitting the submit button. Lori was extremely friendly and on point with getting us an appointment scheduled. Once we got to the dealership we were greeted by Jim. He brought us in to his desk and asked us different questions in what my husband and I wanted. Jim took his time with us and never pushed us through the process. We took 2 different cars for a test drive. Jim explained everything from being certified to not being certified. He never made us feel like our questions were bothersome. Believe me, we asked a lot of questions. Steve was the finance manager who handled the financing paperwork. There were two things that happened with my dealings that I didn't care for. End results, Steve is a numbers guy and he was doing his job. If it wasn't for Jim the rating would've gone down. Thank you for an AMAZING experience... More
