Unfortunately, this particular model proved a little more difficult to locate for another dealership. I initially contacted Halleen via email. Phyllis responded very quickly and we made an appointment to come in that evening. We met Justin, gave him our requirements. He was able to locate a vehicle and scheduled to have it transported to Halleen. At no time did Justin try to push us to another color or trim that may have been easier to locate. Justin went the extra mile to get the car we wanted. From start to finish the process only took 4 days. Everyone from Phyllis to Justin to Steve was professional and pleasant. We will definitely consider Halleen when we shop for our next car. More

I Feel Good! While car buying can be such an overwhelming but necessary task I must say that Mark P, and his team worked well on my behalf. I didn't feel anxiety o While car buying can be such an overwhelming but necessary task I must say that Mark P, and his team worked well on my behalf. I didn't feel anxiety or pressure. They stayed in my price range "comfort zone." At one point what seemed to be a sure deal fell through. I just couldn't see my primary car being white w/a black racing stripe. Two days later w/o pressure I got a call and picture mail of what I felt comfortable in. Mark really kept my preferred features in mind and for that I'm truly thankful. Phyllis in the Internet sales department also kept in contact with me without pressure and that's what kept this dealership in mind. The finance manager was just as awesome too. My entire experience was personable and for that I'm thankful to the entire team that worked on my behalf! Please know that I didn't buy the most expensive car on the lot, but the quality of service made me feel that way! More
