I had my 2021 Corvette in for an oil change. The service department washed my car but did not dry it off. I know there would be water spots on the paint once it had dried off, it was a warm su The service department washed my car but did not dry it off. I talked to someone at the service desk, a man and told him I was concerned about the car not being dried off with a towel. He told me that it is their policy to let it dry itself and that there would be no water spots. I was not happy with his answer and when I paid my bill at Sydney Jarvis position I mentioned my wet car concerns to her. She said I will take care of it and went out with towels and dried my Corvette off herself by hand. I was very impressed with her attitude and pleasing manner. I told her thankyou very much and said "you are the best" More

1 free oil change with purchase. Took car in for it, statement stated they rotated the tires. This was not done as my wheel was scratched when the dealership put on the after market Took car in for it, statement stated they rotated the tires. This was not done as my wheel was scratched when the dealership put on the after market wheels and scratch was in same spot. Also when they did add the wheels they didn't reset the tire gadge. I ended up taking in to Clyde Revord for service. This was 1 day after purchase. Will not stand behind the scratched wheel. Please beware of fraud service. More
