Best experience I ever had I live in the Chicago area and was in the market for a new 4Runner for my wife. The local dealer here didn't seem very eager to find me what I was looking for. Because my wife is from Cedar Rapids and we were heading there for Thanksgiving the following week I figured I'd call and see if CR Toyota could help. They transferred me to a gentleman named Steve Strauss who said he'd find the car and call me the next day. Sure enough, he found the car and we did the deal over the phone. I showed up the day before Thanksgiving and everything was ready. I cannot begin to tell you how easy everyone at CR Toyota made this for us. They truly are in a class of their own. I now plan to buy all future vehicles from this dealer, even if it means a 230 mile drive to get there. More
