Bought a car from out of town sight unseen. Cipriana and the rest of the dealership made the process as smooth as possible. I was able to have my mom pick up the vehicle without any issues. Long story (somewhat) short: I’ve been with Hall Honda of Virginia Beach for less than 6 months now. But I’ve had an excellent experience thanks to the staff in all departments that I’ve come across. I came Virginia Beach for less than 6 months now. But I’ve had an excellent experience thanks to the staff in all departments that I’ve come across. I came in for an oil change twice now and ended up doing two trade ins both times. Both times I was greeted with friendly casual conversation that led to a deal that fit my budget and lifestyle. Tyler in the Service Department greeted me and checked me in a for my oil changes in a timely manner. Meeting Barb for the fist time in a casual conversation led me to Chris Thoman and Karl Collins who helped me do my first trade in, in a timely fashion. Chris Thoman, Steve and Lawrence also helped seal another trade in deal that once again fit my budget and lifestyle. Steve helped settle the deal to where we felt comfortable with everything both times. Lawrence did a great job finalizing everything both times. All in all I feel like a very valuable customer thanks to the hospitality shown to my family and I. Chris Thoman took the extra Mille to make the deals happen both times and I couldn’t be more thankful and happy. I’ll be back as a happy and valued customer. And when I want or feel the need for another trade in, Chris Thoman and his team will be the ones I go to. The car and the money will be right each time. Highly recommended! More
