He was pleasant and professional. He kept me in the loop the entire time. He even realized my inspection was just about up and they were able to inspect it while I was there. Josh was busy but took care of me right away when he saw me. The inspection took a little over an hour & Josh said it would take 1-1.5 hours. I am on my 3rd vehicle from Ken Ganley Toyota. Excellent service, friendly and professional. Steve Sylvis helped me get my insurance card from Progressive, since the one I had was expired and he made me a copy for my car as well.
