Steve was hands down the best, most patient salesman I’ve ever worked with. He was genuine, knowledgeable and did everything he could to get us into a car we loved and fit our budget. He was so generous and accommodating for our u usual schedules and even purchased a bouquet of flowers to put in our new car as a nice surprise. Financing paperwork with Chris was smooth and thorough and he answered all of our questions and was just great to chat with. Before we left with our new car, Wade went through all the technology and settings in the vehicle so we weren’t left paging through an owners manual to figure out how to pair our cell phones and program the radio. I’ve purchased 5+ cars in my lifetime and no experience has ever come close to the incredible service we received at Lexus of Brookfield. Steve and LoB earned customers for life! More
